Amida’s Roughie Breakfast

Here is my breakfast delight – Allow 20 mins to prepare.

Chopped variety of fresh (organic) fruit Includes: Mango, Blueberries, Strawberries, Golden Kiwi, Fresh Figs, Peach, Pears, Banana, & Melon.

Sometimes soaked overnight Goji Berries or White Mulberries

The Important Extras.
Handful of Flame Raisins
1 Dessert spoon of Acai
2 Dessert spoons of powdered Lucuma
1 teaspoon of Lamberts Eliminex
1 Tablespoon of Lecigran granules
2 Dessert Spoons of Chia Seeds – Soaked for 10 mins and wizzed in a coffee grinder
4 Brazil Nuts
A choice of nuts. Favorite being Macadamia, Pecan & Cashews
Fresh spring water to mix in – Or better yet the water from soaked dried fruit.
